About
About Project Sentinel
Project Sentinel is an early-stage, self-funded quantitative research and market-data infrastructure project for digital-asset markets.
What it is
Sentinel is a research and engineering effort. It focuses on collecting, validating, and reconciling market data, studying markets quantitatively, and building infrastructure that keeps research reproducible. The project is independently developed and self-funded.
Why it exists
Quantitative research depends on data that is consistent, documented, and available over long histories. That foundation is often the hardest part of the work, and it is where Sentinel concentrates its effort before moving toward broader research and analytics.
Current status
Early-stage and actively developed
- Self-funded, no outside investment.
- No customers and no revenue; this is pre-product research and infrastructure work.
- Active development of data collection, data quality, and research tooling.
- Focus areas: live and historical market data, data reliability, and reproducibility.
What Sentinel is not
Sentinel is not an investment fund, asset manager, or financial adviser. It does not manage client money, publish trading signals, or provide investment advice. No product or service is offered for sale on this site.
This page describes the project as it stands today and makes no claims about performance, customers, partnerships, or traction.
